...We share with you my favorite recipe of the year: the fun and delicious 90-second microwave alternative bread!
Ok, it is actually a keto-diet staple. But you don't need to be on a low carb diet to enjoy it. It's quick, easy, healthy, no fuss, and so much fun... you can even do it with kids!

All you need is:
- 3 TBspoons almond flour or coconut flour
- 1 TBspoon melted butter or coconut oil (20 sec in the microwave)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: spices, grated cheese, 1/2 teaspoon powdered greens, etc...
You'll need a ramequin or a cup of some sort that is microwave-safe.
Mix these ingredients together in your ramequin or cup, cook in the microwave on high for 60 seconds (or 90 sec depending on your microwave), et voilà!
Tasty miracle bread that you get to brag about at your (Zoom) parties ;)
